Splitters & Taps
Splitters and taps EMP-Centauri are intended to push distribution systems beyond limits of single multiswitch. While splitters divide input signals equally, taps are characterized by two different sets of outputs: through (trunk) outputs with minimum loss, and tap outputs with considerably higher insertion loss.
Features of active splitters
- offered as SAT-only devices or incl. terrestrial section
- slight gain with slope is provided to compensate for cable losses
- especially designed as tie-point of several cascade systems
T4/8PUN-3

Compact block of four active satellite 2-way splitters. DC path exists on trunk lines, can be passed to tap lines as well.
Unit is suitable for distribution of signals from 1 quatro LNB.
