Splitters & Taps
Splitters and taps EMP-Centauri are intended to push distribution systems beyond limits of single multiswitch. While splitters divide input signals equally, taps are characterized by two different sets of outputs: through (trunk) outputs with minimum loss, and tap outputs with considerably higher insertion loss.
Features of passive splitters
- offered as SAT-only devices or incl. terrestrial section
- DC path (LNB power) from outputs to inputs (outputs are separated by diodes)
T5/10PNP-3 (P.122-A)

Compact block of four passive satellite 2-way splitters, terrestrial 2-way splitter is provided as well. DC path exists on satellite lines, outputs are mutually seperated by diodes.
Basic unit for distribution of signals from 1 LNB and terestrial antenna.
